Weld County Zoning and/or Building Violation Continued Cases: ZCV09-00341 Lester A Stroh ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Section 23-3-20, 23-3-20.A, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.C and Chapter 23, Article IV(4), Division 3 of Section 23-4-130, 23-3-170, 23-3-170.A.1 and 23-3-170.D of the Weld County Code. Since the farm is not operational, the Accessory to the Farm mobile homes shall be removed. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: ZCV10-00053 Victoria & Lester Lemay ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code. The dilapidated Screening shall be restored or the Noncommercial Junkyard shall be removed from the property. The existing mobile home shall be removed or demolished so a Certificate of Occupancy may be issued for the manufactured home. The commercial vehicles, materials and operations shall be removed from the property or appropriately permitted through the Use by Special Review process.
