RE: Special Review Permit #1428
Please see enclosed Site Specific Development Plan which was placed on the plat map,
per your request. Prior to going to mylar I have a few questions:
1) I was under the impression after the last meeting with the Planning Board it was
approved for me to use the facilities for restroom at my home and not change the existing
building to have these facilities. Could you please clarify that for me?
2) Question 10 —Underground and above Ground storage tank regulations (7 CCR 1101
-14) I do not have a copy of Could you please send one to my attention?
I would appreciate if you agree to the issues that you send an approval letter with the map
so I may have King Surveyors go ahead with the mylar map for the next meeting.
