Dear County Commissioner,
Due to the increased cost of doing business, effective March 1, 2010, Expanded Basic Cable rates will
increase from $24.00 to$26.00 per month. This is a $2.00 per month increase for Basic Cable services
with the majority of this increase being directly related to the rise in programming costs. Enclosed is a
copy of the notice our subscribers received in their February statements.
