RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VIOLATION ZCV#0900341 AGAINST LESTER
STROH FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Lester Stroh, ZCV#0900341, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code,
and
WHEREAS,despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter,the violation has not
been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of August, 2010, a public hearing was held before the Board of
County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Lester Stroh, property owner,was present and represented by Attorney Matthew
Crowther at said hearing, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to continue the matter
for a period of one year,to August 9, 2011, to allow additional time for the transfer of the dairy facility
to a new operator, with the condition that the mobile homes on the site shall not be occupied by
renters during said one-year time period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that ZCV #0900341 be, and hereby is, continued to August 09, 2011, at
10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of August, A.D., 2010.
