RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VIOLATION ZCV#1000094 AGAINST KIRSTEN
TAUFER FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Kirsten Taufer, ZCV #1000094, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County
Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not
been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on thel2th day of October, 2010, a public hearing was held before the Board of
County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on October 12, 2010,the Board deemed it advisable to continue
the matter to November 9, 2010, to allow adequate time for all parties to prepare testimony for said
case, and
WHEREAS, Kirsten Taufer was not present or represented at said hearing, although all
parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to continue the matter
for a period of one month, to November 9, 2010, to allow time the attorney of the violator to prepare
testimony.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that ZCV #1000094 be, and hereby is, continued to November 9, 2010, at
10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of October, A.D., 2010.
