RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF ED PHILLIPSEN TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ed Phillipsen be reappointed to said board as an
at-large representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Ed Phillipsen to said board, with a
term to expire August 1, 2013
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ed Phillipsen be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Community Corrections
Board, with a term to expire August 1, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of July, A.D., 2010.
