Unless otherwise voided by conditions stated herein,this agreement shall survive any lease, sale, trade or conveyance of property interests described above and made after executed date of this agreement and will be binding on successors or assigns. Would you please provide documentation/deeds which lead you to believe these mineral acreages are under County ownership so that I may establish the necessary files and process your request accordingly?
