RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ernie Crownover be reappointed to said board
as the joint City/County representative, with a term expiring December 31, 2014, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Ernie Crownover be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Greeley-Weld County
Airport Authority Board, with his term to expire December 31, 2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of December, A.D., 2010.

Re: Re-appointment of Ernie Crownover to Airport Board of Commissioners
Dear Commissioner Rademacher and Mayor Norton:
In accordance with Paragraph 6, Section 2 of the By-Laws of the Greeley-Weld County
Airport Authority, the Airport Authority Board of Commissioners on November 18th, 2010
took formal action through a Board Order, concerning the re-appointment of Airport
Commissioner Ernie Crownover as the seventh member(joint City/County appointee) of
the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board of Commissioners. In accordance
with the Airport Authority By-Laws, it is the formal recommendation of the Airport Board
of Commissioners, to the Board of Weld County Commissioners, and the Greeley City
Council, that Mr. Crownover be re-appointed to the Airport Board for another four year
term.
Action on the part of Weld County and the City of Greeley concerning the re-
appointment of Mr. Crownover by both entities is appreciated.
