Sheri, I am in receipt of information from Dennis Gill regarding USR-1512 Conditions prior to recording the plat.
The following are my comments:
Condition 1 Tractor/vehicle washing area The applicant has submitted a written plan and design for the washing
area. The information submitted has been reviewed and approved by this Department. This condition can be
removed.
Condition 1B Waste Handling Plan A waste handling plan has been submitted, reviewed and is approved. This
condition can be removed.
All Health related items have been addressed and approved.
