Please reference your letter of 2/22/06 to the Weld County Department of Planning Services. • List of wastes expected to be generated on this site: This is a service oriented rather than a manufacturing business. . The byproduct of pet cremation is ashes, of which many, if not most, will be returned to the pet owner. According the State of Colorado, cremation is considered a final disposition. Unclaimed ashes will be scattered or held on our private property. Any other wastes generated will be typical household wastes, such as paper, office supplies etc. - • Type and volume of chemicals stored: There are no chemicals used in the pet cremation process. We will not be storing any chemicals. • Waste handler: Royal Disposal P.O. Box 774 Johnstown, CO 80534 (970)587-8841 Thank you for your assistance as we proceed forward with this business. At this time we would not be interested in annexation and do not desire to submit a petition. The Mountain View Fire District has requested a final inspection prior to the approval of the special review permit. We are not opposed to an inspection by the fire district, however we feel that the Department of Building Inspection will address any potential issues or concerns and that this would be a duplication of inspections of this property. If you have any questions let us know. Thank you, and we will see you on Wednesday, May 10 at 10:00 in Greeley. Sincerely Chuck and Penny Myers
