RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kirsta Britton be appointed to said board as the
regular Juvenile Services Planning Committee member,to replace Gary Kessler;that Margie Gomez
be appointed to said board as the alternate Juvenile Services Planning Committee member, to
replace Wendy Rich-Goldschmidt; that Kimberly Kinne be appointed to said board as the regular
Probation member, to replace Joe Murphy; that Joe Gerber be reappointed as the alternate
Probation member; that Sadie Medrano be appointed as the alternate District Attorney member, to
replace Robert Miller; that Dalee McIntosh be reappointed as the regular School District member;
that Mark Romero be reappointed as the alternate School District member; that Tyler Fittz be
appointed as the alternate Division of Youth Services member, to replace Dan Fremont; and that
William McAdams be reappointed as the regular Citizen member, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tyler Fittz to said board, with a term to
expire November 1, 2011, to appoint Kirsta Britton, Margie Gomez, and Sadie Medrano to said
board, with terms to expire November 1, 2012, to appoint Kimberly Kinne to said board, with a term
to expire November 1, 2013, and to reappoint Joe Gerber, Dalee McIntosh, Mark Romero, and
William McAdams, with terms to expire November 1, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tyler Fittz be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile Community Review
Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2011; that Kirsta Britton, Margie Gomez, and Sadie
Medrano be appointed to said board,with terms to expire November 1, 2012;that Kimberly Kinne be
appointed to said board, with a term to expire November 1, 2013; and that Joe Gerber, Dalee
McIntosh, Mark Romero, and William McAdams are reappointed to said board,with terms to expire
November 1, 2013.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of November, A.D., 2010.
