RE: RECOGNITION OF ARTWORK FOR WELD COUNTY MEDICAL CLINIC (KIDS ART
DAY-JULY 12, 2010)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the tasks of setting up the Weld County Medical Clinic have been many,
and we appreciate the hard work of all those who have contributed to make the clinic a success.
This clinic has been built to support the numerous needs of our employees. We thank each of
you for helping us make this your clinic, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners would like to express appreciation and
gratitude for your hard work and creativity in creating these wonderful pieces of art to be
displayed at the Weld County Employee Medical Clinic, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to proclaim July 12, 2010, as a day of honor to the
children of Weld County employees for using their talents and creativity to make superior pieces
of art work, and
WHEREAS, we find ourselves fortunate to be surrounded by such talented artists and it
is our sincere desire to honor each artist and to thank you for taking the time to make a
difference in your community through your artistic endeavors. These artists include:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that appreciation be expressed for your time and service to this project.
While we hope you do not have undo cause to use the Medical Clinic, it is the Board's hope that
when you are within the Clinic, you are able to find your artwork and know that this clinic has
been built for you and your families.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of July, A.D., 2010.
