Dear Ms. Bulicz:
Please accept this request to transfer$350,000 from the SFY 2009-2010 Child Care allocation
from Weld County to Larimer County and to transfer the related Child Care Maintenance of
Effort amount, which we estimate to be approximately$34,640. The respective Boards of
County Commissioners have agreed to this transfer and wish to effect this transfer in order to
mitigate the over-expenditures being experienced by Larimer County and to utilize the funding
• available in the most effective way.
