RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER DOUGLAS RADEMACHER TO
CERTAIN ADVISORY BOARDS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Douglas Rademacher has been assigned to Coordinate the
Department of Finance and Administration, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Rademacher be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the following boards:
Coroner/Medical Examiner Oversight Committee
Criminal Justice Advisory Committee (regular member)
Regional Communications Advisory Board
911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board
E-470 Public Highway Authority (alternate member)
North Front Range Water Quality (regular member)
Rocky Mountain Rail Authority (regular member)
Upstate Colorado Economic Development Board
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Rademacher to said
boards, with his term on each board to expire December 31, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Douglas Rademacher be, and hereby is, appointed to the
above listed boards, with his term on each board to expire on December 31, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D., 2010.
