RE: APPROVAL OF THE DELETION OF ANY SECTIONS IN THE ZONING RESOLD- -
• TION AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS THAT PERTAIN TO THE LISTING
" OF FEES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
• Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the -. i ` i
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
r ,
WHEREAS, a study has been conducted concerning the permit
fees charged by the Weld County Planning Department, and '
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 27, 1978 at _
the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. in the Chambers of the Board of
!I County Commi.:_:.,ners of Wtld County, Colorado concerning the
abovementioned matter, and
WHEREAS, the Uoard o: Ccunty Commissioners has considered

the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission con- - -
cerning the deletion of any sections in the Zoning Resolution and -
Subdivision Regulations that pertain to the listing of the fees
and to instead establish those by resolution of the Board of County -
Commissioners in conjunction with the hearing process that would ,
consist of a 10-day public notice before the Planning Commission

Hearing and a 30-day public notice prior to the Board of County

Commissioners' Hearing, and a -•

s WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is in the best

interests of Weld County to delete said sections from the Zoning
• Resolution and Subdivision Regulations. _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- _ `K,
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that approval is hereby given
to delete any section in the Zoning Resolution and Subdivision
•
Regulations that pertain to the listing of fees and to instead
establish those by Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners
in conjunction with the hearing process that would consist of a
10-day public notice before the Planning Commission nearing and a
30-day public notice prior to the Board of County Commissioners'
nearing.
