I can refund the money to you as long as I get something in writing from you requesting a refund of your$11.00 recording fee since it was paid twice. You can drop the letter off at the south office anytime or you can mail it to Weld County Planning 918 19th Street, Greeley, CO 80631 Thanks, Jacqueline 5- 3%3,9 2 /7. m171/70m Page 1 of Jacqueline Hatch From: Jacqueline Hatch Sent: Friday, March 11, 2005 1:41 PM To: 'hefnertroy@aol.com' Subject: RE: Frontage Road Property Judy, Unfortunately since the building permit has expired all new building permits and fees will need to be assessed. The Mylar, if dropped off today, will be brought up to me on Tuesday and from there I will get it signed by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners then recorded. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact me. It looks like the fence was shown right on the plat already. Are we good to goon the building permits when the Mylar is recorded? They had sent back all of our plans saying our permit application had expired. They have had the plans since wi started the process with you on the special review. Do you know if we should expect to have to pay more building permit application fees to get it started again? Hopefully not. This has sure been a long drawn-out process. Thanks for your help. In regards to the Mylar you can just drop it at the south office at your convenience. Let the ladies know that it is already paid for and they can give me a call if they have any questions. Thanks Jacqueline From: hefnertroy@aol.com [mailto:hefnertroy@aol.com] Sent: Friday, March 11, 2005 9:28 AM To: Jacqueline Hatch Subject: Re: Frontage Road Property Jacqueline, I just wanted to clarify that the fence right next to the building was not done because that section will be movec slightly to allow for an access door on the south side of the building. The fence will jog east and then back to the building leaving a access from the front parking to the proposed new side entrance. I don't think it was shown n4/11/70n5 Page 2 of right on the plat map. I will make t. .. .:hanges before I get the Mylar. What is the best way to get you the Mylar? I could leave it at the Longmont office for you if you would get it right away. We have already paid the Mylar fee. Will there be anything else we need to do to finalize the Use by Special Review process? Thanks, Judy Original Message From: Jacqueline Hatch <jhatch@co.weld.co.us> To: Hefnertroy@aol.com Sent: Fri, 11 Mar 2005 07:28:06 -0700 Subject: RE: Frontage Road Property Judy and Troy, I took a look at the screening and it looks great with the understanding that the one section on the south side of the building will be a wooden gate. I also noticed that the fencing to the north of the building is still chain link with slats. As long as no storage is proposed on the north side of the building I am content with the existing fencing. Should any type of storage be placed on the north side of the building the fence will need to be change( to a solid wood fence. You can turn in your Mylar copy at this time (please make sure to have original signatures on the Mylar) Thanks for all you work. If you have any questions please let me know. Jacqueline From: Hefnertroy@aol.com [mailto:Hefnertroy@aol.com] Sent: Wednesday, March 09, 2005 10:22 AM To: Jacqueline Hatch Subject: Frontage Road Property Just checking to see if you have looked at the fence at the Frontage Road property. I wanted to mention that there is a small section of fence near the building that is not screened. As soon as our permits are approved, we will be moving the fence slightly to allow for an access door on the side of the building. Our plans were returned by the building department because they had expired. We sent them in the same time that we started process on the special use with you. We do not feel we should have to pay all of the permit fees again, due to the delays with the special use. Is there anything that can be done about the refiling fees? Can you put in a good word for us with the building department? We would appreciate it. Please let me know what our next step is so that we can get going on this. It was accepted by Public Works. I also check my notes on the case and this was discussed at the BOCC on 11-Aug-2004. This item is complete for this case. Have a great day, Peter.
