RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD FAITH PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld Faith Partnership Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jodi Hartmann be appointed to said board, to
replace Jonathan Allen, and that Chris Dowen be appointed to said board,to replace Michael Stotts,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jodi Hartmann to said board, with a
term to expire November 1, 2010, and to appoint Chris Dowen, with a term to expire November 1,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jodi Hartmann and Chris Dowen be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld
Faith Partnership Council, with terms to expire November 1, 2010, and November 1, 2011,
respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of August, A.D., 2010.
