RE: APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN - O' S GOLD (DENNIS DUDLEY) , LOT 7,
GEISERT SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, O' s Gold (Dennis Dudley) has applied to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a Site Plan
approval for Lot 7 , Geisert Subdivision located in Part of the
Southeast Quarter, Northeast Quarter, Section 5, and Part of
the Southwest Quarter, Northwest Quarter, Section 4, Township
5 North, Range 65 West, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
approval of said Site Plan provided that the applicant deliver
the original mylar to the Department of Planning Services for
recording prior to the issuance of building permits on said
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Site Plan of O' s
Gold (Dennis Dudley) for Lot 7 , Geisert Subdivision be, and hereby
is, approved subject to the applicant delivering the original
mylar to the Department of Planning Services prior to the issuance
of building permits on the property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
April, A.D. , 1979.

Moved by Frank Suckla that the following resolution be introduced for
passage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the StotetiM tt
WAX! Site Plat Review located on the following described pro-
perty in Weld County, Colorado, to-wit:
Lot 7 , Geisert Subdivision
Pt . SE* NE* , Sec. 5 and Pt . SW* NW* , Sec. 4 , T5N, R65W
be recommended (favorably) (TIt5;$mmacost) to the Board of County Commissioners
for the following reasons:
1. The proposed warehouse addition complies with the uses permitted
for the Geisert Industrial Unit Development as outlined in the
Development Standards for the Planned Unit Development .
2 . The proposed site plan development complies with the Development
Standards for the Geisert Industrial Unit Development .
3 . The Weld County Engineering Department has indicated that there
are no engineering problems with the site plan as presented.
The Planning Commission recommendation for approval is conditional
upon the applicant delivering the original mylar to the office of
the Department of Planning Services for recording prior to
issuance of building permits on the property.
