This extension would be in the final year of a four-year term limit. The 2009 rate schedule of the original contract is replaced with the attached Exhibit A, rate schedule. There was no rate increase for 2010. What options exist for the Board? (Include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options) The Board may either approve or deny Change Order No. 1. Recommendation to the Board: I recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 for CTL Thompson under the On-Call Geotechnical Contract to extend their service contract for 2010.
