1. Delete No. 1.G under the heading of "The plat shall be amended to delineate the following", and reletter
The berm width as shown on the site plan is likely not adequate for the berm to be stable, and may need
to be much wider than shown.The propane tank and power pole may need to be moved. (Department of
Public Works)
2. Insert new Development Standard# 17 and renumber:
New#17. The applicant shall comply with all provisions of the State Underground and Aboveground Storage
Tank Regulations. (Department of Public Health and Environment)
