RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION
ZCV#0900341 AGAINST LESTER STROH FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY
CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Lester Stroh, ZCV #0900341, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County
Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of February, 2010, a public hearing was held before the
Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation,
and
WHEREAS, Lester Stroh, property owner, was present at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until August 10, 2010,
in order to allow the property owner adequate time to resume the dairy operation or rent the
property to another party that will resume the dairy operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that ZCV #0900341 be, and hereby is, continued until August 10, 2010, in
order to allow the property owner adequate time to resume the dairy operation or rent the
property to another party that will resume the dairy operation.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of February, A.D., 2010.
