RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN BRENCKLE SUBDIVISION INTO
THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM AS GRAVEL STREETS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has recom-
mended that the following streets in Brenckle Subdivision, 1st
Addition and 2nd Addition, be added to the County Road System
as gravel streets:
Brenckle Subdivision - Basswood Avenue- .03 of a mile, more or less
Brenckle Subdivision, 1st Addition - Basswood Avenue - .03 of a mile, more or less
Brenckle Subdivision, 2nd Addition - East 19th Street Fd. - .07 of a mile,
more or less
Total acceptance: .13 of a mile, Wore or less
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the abovementioned
streets in Brenckle Subdivision, 1st and 2nd Additions, be, and
hereby are, accepted into the County Road System as gravel streets.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
August, A.D. , 1978 .

Subject: Streets in Brenckle Subdivision , 1st Addition and
2nd Additions
Basswood Avenue and East 19th Street Road in said sub-
division are like all other streets in this area .
My recommendation is to accept the above mentioned streets
for maintenance as gravel streets only .
The breakdown of lengths of streets are as follows :
Brenckle Subdivision - Basswood Avenue - .03 of a mile ±
Brenckle Subdivision - 1st Addition - Basswood Avenue -
. 03 of a mile ±
Brenckle Subdivision - 2nd Addition - East 19th Street
Road - . 07 of a mile ±
Total Acceptance - . 13 of a mile t
