I am applying for a special use permit for my small business(mom and pop operation)
the name of my small business is Goldman's Trucking.
I need to add the 32' X 40' metal addition to the existing 40X40 metal bldg.
The reason is to be able to park my trucks inside instead of leaving them outside.
I need to be able to have the garage to protect my trucks in the winter and whenever there
is bad weather conditions.
At 703 E 16th St.we will have an office and parking.
My neighbors around me all have an acre or more and some of them have metal buildings
and also have business. My neighbor to the south trucking,neighbor to the east of us
trucking also.
The use of the business is as follows:
My wife will be the bookkeeper&secretary and I will be the driver.
Our hours of operation 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
