DECREE QUIETING TITLE
THIS COURT hereby finds and orders as follows:
1. That each Defendant herein has been properly served as required by law and rule of
Court,and that this Court has jurisdiction over the parties hereto and the subject matter;
2. That the allegations of the Complaint are true;
3. That every claim made by the Defendants is unlawful and without right;
4. That no Defendant herein has any title or interest in or to the property described herein or
any part thereof;
THEREFORE, IT IS ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiffs herein, Nigel P. Padilla
and Ronda B. Padilla, at the time of the commencement of this proceeding were, and are now, the owners
in fee simple with right to possession of the following described real property located in the County of
Weld, State of Colorado:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section Five, Township Eight North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. which lies west of the right-of-way line of Weld County Road 27, all
in Weld County, Colorado.
Excepting therefrom Lot B of Recorded Exemption No. 327, in Weld County, Colorado.

That fee simple title in and to the aforesaid real property be and the same hereby is quieted in the
Plaintiffs, and that each of the Defendants has no right, title, or interest in or to the said real property or
any part thereof, and that the Defendants are forever enjoined from asserting any claim, right, title or
interest in or to the said real property or any part thereof.
