Michelle Martin From: Heidi Hansen (pent: Monday, November 01, 2010 4:22 PM o: margaret.salamanca@kp.org Cc: Michelle Martin Subject: RE: Case Number: USR-1757 Ms. Salamanca, The application materials submitted by the Bohlings are not asking for an increase in the amount of traffic over what is currently traveling to and from the site. This is the information we have reviewed as well as CDOT. The number of employees at the site is limited by the application and development standards that the Commissioner's will consider for approval. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns. My only concern, at this point, would be the traffic or the potential for increased traffic south on road 25.5. (I made note of the applicants comment regarding the length of time this business has Skeen in the area but I would still question this). didn't see any comments regarding this potential problem. Do you not anticipate this becoming a problem or will this traffic be contained to Rd 22.5 accessing Hwy 85? Please contact me. Thanks Margaret A. Therefore, since the Bohlings are strictly using the fuel tanks for their farm equipment, we won't be adding the Condition of Approval regarding registering the fuel tanks or the Development Standard regarding complying with the State AST rules. Have a good day.
