Weld County received funds to provide CPR Training and AED Training / Software Updates and Battery and Pad Replacement. The CPR Training component was coordinated and completed by the Union Colony Fire Authority, the AED portion was coordinated and completed by Weld County Paramedic Services. The signature of the BOCC Chair is required on the attestation page to demonstrate the BOCC awareness of the projects, their completion and allows for the release of the additional funding for the next fiscal year. The Chair's signature is required at the start and finish of each funding cycle for accountability throughout the process and additionally to meet State requirement of how funds were utilized throughout the region by each county.
