THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO TO THE GRANTOR IN THE DEED OF
TRUST DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND TO THOSE PERSONS WHO APPEAR TO HAVE
ACQUIRED A RECORD INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE THEREIN DESCRIBED
SUBSEQUENT TO THE RECORDING OF SUCH DEED OF TRUST, GREETING:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that James H. Shelton, agent for Greeley
Finance Company, has filed his motion with this Court seeking an order of
this Court authorizing a Public Trustee's sale under a power of sale contained
in that certain deed of trust executed by John C. Ferch to the Public Trustee
to secure a promissory note of even date therewith in the original principal
sum of Fifteen Thousand Three and 75/100 Dollars ($15,003 .75) , which
deed of trust is dated January 23 , 1973, and recorded February 2 , 1973 , in
Book 685 , under Reception No. 1606566, of the records of the Clerk and
Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
