The proposed use of the property is to park one semi truck and two low boy trailers on the property of 9131 Apache Road. 2. Weld County Code, Chapter 22 of the Comprehensive Plan states that only one commercial vehicle (one truck and one trailer) is permitted on a property of less than eighty acres in size in a residential subdivision. We are applying for a Use by Special Review permit to extend the parking of an additional trailer on the property. 3. The above proposal is consistent with the Weld County Code, Chapter 23 code in that the USR applied for would extend the use of one commercial vehicle on the property to the use of one commercial vehicle and an additional lowboy trailer. 4. The surrounding areas are zoned residential, commercial, and agricultural. 5. a. Cody W. Pickering will be the sole user of this site to park one semi truck and two lowboy trailers. b. Only Cody W.
