RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO PUBLIC SAFETY INFORMATION SYSTEM USERS
GROUP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Public Safety Information System Users Group,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Randolph Winsett be appointed to said board as
the Sheriff's representative, that Steve Wrenn be appointed as the District Attorney's representative,
that David Bressler be appointed as the Paramedic Service representative, and that Anita Scrams
be appointed as the ex-officio Weld County Information Technology (IT) Site Manager
representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Randolph Winsett, Steve Wrenn, David
Bressler, and Anita Scrams to said board, with ongoing terms of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Randolph Winsett, Steve Wrenn, David Bressler, and Anita Scrams be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Public Safety Information System Users Group, with ongoing terms.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of November, A.D., 2010.
