Verification of Completion of Work
Dear Mr.Ogle:
Per our recent telephone conversation,this letter is for the purpose of providing notification that screening for the
proposed propane tanks,dumpster,and noncommercial junkyard items have been constructed and Conditions of
Approval 1C and 1F have been satisfied. The USR plat has been updated to reflect the current conditions as well
as the future location of the security gate and a copy of the plat is attached for your review. The proposed
propane tanks shall be fully enclosed with privacy fencing along the north,south,and east boundary of the tanks.
A chain link fence and security gate shall be installed along the west boundary prior to propane being stored
within the tanks. The revised location of the security gate will eliminate the need for the security gate to be
installed at the existing property access off of County Road 22. This also enables the oil and gas companies to
continue accessing their facilities as they currently do and avoid the need for coordinating with Polar Gas for
security access.
I have attached several photos identifying the recently installed screening for the propane tanks,dumpster,and
noncommercial junkyard items for your reference. I trust that this will suffice in providing verification that the
required screening has been completed so that the plat for USR-1746 may be recorded. Please feel free to
contact me at 303.833.1416 extension 212 if you have any questions. Once I receive you confirmation that the
USR Plat is adequate I will submit the mylar for recording. Thank you for your time and assistance with this

RE: Polar Gas USR-1746
Security Gate/Knox Box Installation
Dear Mr. Ogle:
Polar Gas is requesting that the conditionally approved USR-1746 Plat be recorded prior
to the propane storage tank security gate being installed. The reason for this request is
that a building permit will be required for each of the tank's concrete saddles which
each tank will be placed on. If we enclose the west end of our tank area, we will not
be able to get trucks and cranes in place to set the tanks.
Polar Gas agrees to install a chain link fence with gated access across the west side of
our propane storage tank area before any propane is stored in the USR storage tanks at
the location. The Fire Department Knox Box will also be installed once the security gate
is installed.
