Ryan,
The County Attorney's Office did some research and found the following:
The GIS Department records show this area to be State of Colorado, and the Assessor's Office
does not have it listed as County property. We're wondering if it may have been overlooked
when Highway 392 was realigned and the proper documentation of transfer was never completed.
Regardless, the deed exists, so I have attached the Small Tract Lease form for your use.
Should you decide to contact the State and find they have evidence of ownership, please
forward a copy to me so I can have it formally entered into the County records.
