RE: Fort Lupton Fire Protection District Lease with Weld County Ambulance
Service -Notice of CPI Rent Adjustment Effective January 1, 2011
Dear County Commissioners:
Pursuant to the existing lease between the Fort Lupton Fire Protection District and Weld
County, the rent under the existing ambulance lease will increase effective January 1, 2011 in the
amount of 1.65% per year ($370.05 per year; $30.8375 per month), based upon the
Denver/Boulder Consumer Price Index increase.
We thank the County and Ambulance Service for continuing to rent from the Fire
Protection District. This relationship has been mutually beneficial for all of our constituents.
