For a variety of reasons,the following employees fell through the cracks in 2008 and did not receive their 10-year
employee pins. I am listing them on the 12-15 agenda to receive their pins now. On that date,you are already
presenting several pins to employees who could not make the 12-08 board meeting.
2008 Employees to be recognized:
Louis Galindo—Human Services
Chris Fillinger—Public Works
Edward Pierce—Public Works
The Public Works employees were hired as seasonal workers but were never laid off. Their jobs continued as regular
employees. I am not sure what happened with Human Services employee Louis Galindo, but when doing research,
Jewel discovered he never made it to a list of those to be recognized.
Judy and Pat: Please inform your employees they will be honored in the board meeting 9:00 a.m.,Wednesday, 12-15, ft
floor hearing room. Thanks.

My two employees scheduled to receive their l0yr pins will not be attending Wednesday's Board Meeting. Both
declined the invitation. I will present them with their pins at our County Picnic on Friday.
