THIS DEED is made by RICHARD 0. WHITE as Personal Representative of the
Estate of ALBERT F. WHITE, deceased, Grantor, to DELIA ANN BETTALE,
MARY E. CHESNUT, and JOHN A. WHITE, Grantees, whose address is

WHEREAS, ALBERT F. WHITE died intestate at Santa Fe County, New Mexico,
on January 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said
