RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF MITCH WAGY TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE
SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mitch Wagy be appointed to said board as the
Emergency Medical Service representative, to replace Dave Bressler, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mitch Wagy to said board, with a term
to expire January 11, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mitch Wagy be, and hereby is, appointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone
Service Authority Board, with a term to expire January 11, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of October, A.D., 2010.
