RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ROSEMARY GEELAN TO FAMILIES, YOUTH, AND
CHILDREN COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Families, Youth, and Children Commission,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rosemary Geelan be appointed to said board as
the Accountant or Other Financial Professional representative, to replace Tony Molocznik, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Rosemary Geelan to said board,with a
term to expire December 31, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Rosemary Geelan be, and hereby is, appointed to the Families, Youth, and
Children Commission, with a term to expire December 31, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of October, A.D., 2010.
