Dear Monica:
After reviewing the bids for the Weld County Treasurer tax notice bid for the tax year
2010, we respectfully request that the County choose Myriad Systems Inc. they are the
lowest bidder that can perform within our time requirement and the bidder of choice.
Due to a variety of circumstances last year the tax roll was not available for delivery to
the printer until two days before our statutory deadline. Myriad Systems was our
contractor and they were able to get our 170,000 tax bills out on time. The two lower
priced bids cannot assure us of timely printing and distribution.
