a. Option Letter to renew for an additional term.
b. In accordance with Section 2.3. of the Original Contract routing number
08CAA00014 between the State of Colorado, Department of Corrections and Weld
County, covering the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, the State hereby
exercises the option for renew for an additional term for services at the same rates as
specified in the Section 2.1. of the Contract.
The amount of Fiscal Year 11 contract is increased by $18,000.00 for a new contract
amount of$100,000.00 as consideration for services ordered under the contract for the
fiscal year of 2011. The first sentence in Section 2.1. is hereby modified accordingly.
The total contract value including all previous amendments, option letters, etc. is
$464,378.00.
c. The effective date of this Option Letter is upon approval of the State Controller
or June 14, 2010, whichever is later.

signed and dated below by the State Controller or delegate.Contractor is not authorized to begin performance
until such time.If Contractor begins performing prior thereto,the State of Colorado is not obligated to pay
Contractor for such performance or for any goods and/or services provided hereunder.
