Hoover & Stacy, Inc. acquired a Weld County Oil and Gas Lease as referenced above.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9 of said Oil and Gas Lease, Hoover & Stacy, Inc. request permission to
assign the lease and all of the lands covered thereby to the following party:
Anadarko E&P Company LP

We have enclosed check number 15724 in the amount $25.00 to cover the authorization fee.
Please execute the enclosed copy of this letter in the space provided to indicate your written
approval and consent to the assignment and transfer of the Oil and Gas Lease as provided
above.
Hoover& Stacy, Inc., also requests that the above mention lease numbered 2010-0912 LE
0270, be reissued or corrected with the complete metes and bounds description included.
