RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION OF CONVEYING CERTAIN CEMETERY LOTS FROM WELD
COUNTY TO THE EVANS CEMETERY, EVANS , COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, are vested with the authority of managing the affairs
of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Article III of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter, and
WHEREAS , it has come to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners that Weld County owns certain cemetery lots
located in the Evans Cemetery, Evans , Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Weld County has heretofore, entered into an agree-
ment whereby the City of Evans, Colorado has agreed to give
perpetual maintenance and care to certain areas in the Evans
Cemetery previously used by Weld County for the burial of
indigents , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissionersof Weld County,
Colorado, feels that it is in the best interest of Weld County,
Colorado to convey said cemetery lots to the Evans Cemetery,
Evans , Colorado.
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Board of County Com-
missioners Weld County, Colorado, that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County do hereby claim the following de-
scribed real estate, to-wit:
The following described lots located in
the Evans Cemetery which is part of the
Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section 19 ,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado:
In Block 2 , Lot 222;
In Block 3, Lots 12, 13 , 14 , 15
16 , 21, 22 , 23, 24, 25 , 49 , 50 ,
51 , 52 , 53 , 54, 55 , 56 , 57 , 58,
59, 60, 62, 83, 87, 89, 90 , 91,
92 , 93, 94 , 95 and 99 ;
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
January, A.D. , 1977.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this 17th day of January, A.D. , 1977,
between WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests of the COUNTY OF
WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and THE
EVANS CEMETERY located in the City of Evans and County of
Weld, Colorado, being part of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of
Section 19 in Township 5 North of Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. ,
being the parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, and
in consideration of the sum of other valuable considerations
and ten dollars, to said party of the first part in hand and
paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these
presents does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM
unto said parties of the second part, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first
part has in and to the following described real estate situate,
laying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado,
to-wit:
The following described lots located in the
Evans Cemetery which is part of the North-
east Quarter (NE4) of Section 19 in Township
5 North of Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. in
Weld County, Colorado:

To have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit, and behoof of the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED, this 17th day of January, A.D. ,
1977, by WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for its respective interests.
