RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAMILIES, YOUTH, AND
CHILDREN COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Families,Youth, and Children Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lawrence Raimer be appointed to said board as
the law enforcement representative,to replace Elizabeth Garison;that Kynda Wolfrum be appointed
as the clinic nurse representative, to replace Gaye Morrison; that Cindy Almond be reappointed as
the foster care/adoptive parent representative; and that Joseph Bodine be reappointed as the
attorney representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lawrence Raimer and Kynda Wolfrum
to said board, with terms to expire December 31, 2010, and December 31, 2011, respectively, and
to reappoint Cindy Almond and Joseph Bodine to said board, with terms to expire December 31,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Lawrence Raimer and Kynda Wolfrum be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Families, Youth, and Children Commission, with terms to expire December 31, 2010, and
December 31, 2011, respectively, and that Cindy Almond and Joseph Bodine be, and hereby are,
reappointed to said board, with terms to expire December 31, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of June, A.D., 2010.
