The Development Standards are required to be placed on the plat. See Resolution, numbers 1-25 inclusive
Bold Property line on Vicinity Map, thus delineating the site
Show right-of-way for CR 6, 1-76 Frontage Road and 1-76 and dimension.

The USR is for the entire site. Remove all references to"Use Area"
Legal Description should read:
Lot A of RE-1747; being part of the SE4 of Section 20, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorad
