It has come to the attention of the Department of Planning Services'staff that the uses on your property may
not be in compliance with the Weld County Code, Chapter 23. The potential noncompliance(s)with the Weld
County Code are as follow:
In order to operate a commercial business such as ACME Truck Lines a Use by Special Review
(USR)permit is required. My records indicate your property is currently permitted through USR-
906 for a kennel; however, I have been unable to locate any evidence of a truck company being
permitted through USR-906. If you wish to amend your existing USR(USR-906),the first step in
this process is a Pre-Application Request meeting. This step is completely free to the application,
but does require submittal of a short application. Please see the enclosed application or see the

Please contact me within five working days of the date of this letter to review these concerns with me. Failure
to contact me within this time frame will result in this case being forwarded to the Department of Planning
Services to proceed with the Probable Cause process to seek revocation of the existing USR (USR-906).
