RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO NOXIOUS WEED
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that that David Droegemueller and Toby Kirsch be
reappointed to said board, and that Shane Hall be appointed to said board,to replace George Beck,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint David Droegemueller and Toby
Kirsch to said board, and appoint Shane Hall, all with terms to expire August 19, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that David Droegemueller and Toby Kirsch be, and hereby are, reappointed; and
that Shane Hall be, and hereby is, appointed to the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,all
with terms to expire August 19, 2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 25th day of August, A.D., 2010.
