RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF $1,500.00 TO WELD COUNTY
PARAMEDIC SERVICE, BY HAROLD HARPER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Harold Harper, 21855 County Road 76, P.O. Box 36, Eaton, Colorado 80615,
has donated $1,500.00 to the Weld County Paramedic Service, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the donation of $1,500.00 by Mr. Harper be, and hereby is, accepted and
designated for use by the Weld County Paramedic Service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along with a letter
of appreciation, be forwarded to Mr. Harper.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of March, A.D., 2010.

donation to Weld County Paramedic Services. Your generous donations will be used to provide
continuing education and advanced life support training for the staff at Weld County Paramedic
Services. Your donations allow over one hundred (100) medical and office staff to access
training opportunities to benefit the people we respond to help on a daily basis.
