I, Douglas L. DeTienne, give permission to Charles and Gail Schnuerle to release runoff
from their Mini Storage facility at•1261 95th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado onto my
property. 1 understand that the runoff will be larger than historic flows and will go onto
my property off the northwest corner of their site. Permission is granted until such a time
that my land is developed and no longer has an agricultural use. At that time the excess
runoff(over historical flow)will need to be addressed. It is also my understanding that
the concrete trickle channel that will be constructed on the north property line of the Mini
Storage site will extend across my service road in such a way that it can easily be driven
across. Also, it is understood that the Schnuerle's(or future owners) will be responsible
for the maintenance of the concrete trickle channel.

Kim,
Please find attached the modified USR map showing (roughly)the area for Camper, RV and Boat parking. On the
previous USR it was shown on the plat that the existing drive would be expanded along the ditch road to this location.
The road is highlighted on the attached map (and it is visible on the aerial on the Weld County website) and is existing.
There is also an existing access road between the buildings, which is also highlighted on the attached map. Chuck and
Gail would like to continue to provide Camper, RV and boat parking in this area. This area has been used for at least 8
years for this purpose. There is substantial vegetation around the entire parking area and we would like to propose that
the screening is adequate at this time. We make this statement because there have been no complaints during the 8
year period that the parking has been there. All of the adjacent property owners and neighbors in the area are aware of
the parking. If additional screening is required as a condition of the amendment, we would propose that it not be
implemented until a complaint is made. Thank you for your time. I will stop by the Schnuerle's tomorrow and pick up a
copy of the water bill and forward it to you on Friday.
