RE: APPROVAL TO LEASE BARBER - GREENE MODEL SA-145 FINISHER FOR
A SIX MONTH PERIOD FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer has requested that a
Barber-Greene Model SA-145 Finisher be leased for a six (6)
month period from Booth-Rouse Equipment Company, 5700 Eudora,
Commerce City, Colorado 80022 for use by the Road and Bridge
Department, and
WHEREAS, the total lease price for said finisher shall be
as per the quotation from Booth-Rouse Equipment Company, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able and in the best interests of Weld County to lease said
Finisher.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the Weld
County Engineer to lease a Barber-Greene SA-145 Finisher for a
six (6) month period from Booth-Rouse Equipment Company be, and
hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
April, A.D. , 1979.

Prices quoted do not include any state or local taxes and such taxes (if any) shall be paid by the purchaser in addition to the quoted
price.
Delivery quoted is based on the date of this quotation and subj ect to any delay encountered in receiving a firm order and to other
factors beyond our control.
Warranty on above listed material, including new machines, parts and supplies, is limited to that as provided by the manufacturers,
copies of which are available on request.
It is understood that there are no verbal agreements or understandings which in any manner conflict with the written terms of this
quotation.
It is understood that the seller shall not be held responsible for any accident or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the
above material and/or equipment.
