RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING DATE
CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF EL CENTENARIO NIGHT CLUB, INC., DBA EL
CENTENARIO NIGHT CLUB, FOR A TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a hearing on November 2, 2009, Weld County Tavern Liquor
License #2009-19 was issued to El Centenario Night Club, Inc., dba El Centenario Night Club,
1490 County Road 27, Brighton, Colorado 80603, and
WHEREAS, at a hearing on August 2, 2010, the Board approved a Corporate Report of
Changes for this establishment; however, the Colorado Department of Revenue had previously
accepted the surrender of the State-issued license for this establishment, which rendered both the
State-issued and County-issued liquor licenses null and void, and
WHEREAS, upon instruction from investigators with the Colorado Department of Revenue,
the owner of the establishment was instructed to submit application materials for a New Tavern
Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 15th day of November, 2010, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection, and
setting the hearing date concerning the application of El Centenario Night Club, Inc., dba
El Centenario Night Club, 1490 County Road 27, for a Tavern Liquor License, and
WHEREAS,the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise the
neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit:
Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, all within
Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner William F. Garcia should be
designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and
WHEREAS,the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application shall
be scheduled for December 6, 2010, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of El Centenario Night Club, Inc., dba El
Centenario Night Club, for a Tavern Liquor License.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner William F. Garcia be, and
hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said application
be, and hereby is, scheduled for December 6, 2010, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of November, A.D., 2010.

COLORADO SUBJECT: Tavern Liquor License Application -
El Centenario Night Club, Inc., dba El Centenario Night Club
Our office has received an application for a Tavern Liquor License from El Centenario Night Club,
Inc., dba El Centenario Night Club, 1490 County Road 27, Brighton, Colorado 80603. All application
requirements have been met and all fees have been paid. Due to publication and posting
requirements, I recommend the hearing be set for December 6, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.
The neighborhood to be served for this license is as follows:
Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, all
within Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
