RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO EXTENSION ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Brechen Santeramo be appointed to said board
as a 4-H and Youth representative, to replace John Goad; that Guy McEndaffer be appointed as a
Business representative, to replace Diane Holmbert; and that David Moore be appointed as an At-
Large member, to replace Dona Mason, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Brechen Santeramo, with a term to
expire February 1, 2011, and to appoint Guy McEndaffer and David Moore to said board,with terms
to expire February 1, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Brechen Santeramo be, and hereby is, appointed to the Extension Advisory
Council, with a term to expire February 1, 2011, and Guy McEndaffer and David Moore are
appointed to said board, with terms to expire February 1, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of November, A.D., 2010.
