RE: ACCEPTANCE OF ROAD DESIGNATED AS SAGEBRUSH WAY IN FROMAN
RANCHETTE SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the asphault road located in the Froman Sub-
division designated as Sagebrush Way, which road is . 2 miles
in length and 60 feet in width, is now ready for acceptance,
and
WHEREAS, building activity has commenced adjacent to
said Sagebrush Way in Froman Ranchette Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Weld County,
Colorado, has recommended the immediate acceptance of the
road designated as Sagebrush Way by the County of Weld, and
the addition of said Sagebrush Way to the county road system
of Weld County, Colorado,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the road designated
as Sagebrush Way in Froman Ranchette Subdivison, which road
being . 2 miles in length and 60 feet in width, a Plat of
which is hereby attached and made a part of this Resolution,
be and hereby is accepted and added to the county road system
of Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 9th
day of August, A.D. , 1976 .

subject: Froman Estates
Frank Smith and I inspected Froman Subdivision recently and it
now has a house almost completed and looks as though there will
be some building activity now .
Please note the attached memo dated July 9 , 1975 . At this time
we would recommend final acceptance of Sagebrush Way with same
being added to the County Road system and any bonds/and or notes
or checks be released at this time . Total length of Sagebrush
Way would be . 2 of a mile and 60 ' in width .

Subject:
The asphalt road in the above subdivision is ready for
final acceptance and maintenance by Weld County. As of
this date there has been no construction in this subdivision
and therefore there is no usage on this road. If no usage
continues on this road then the existing asphalt may deteriorate
very rapidly resulting in excessive maintenance operation by
Weld County in the near future .
You may wish to delay accepting this road for final maintenance
based on the above information .
